We are a small family run business based in Kent and have been using CrossTek IT for over 10 years now. We like the service that they offer as it is on a personal touch. Crosstek IT have been looking after our IT systems for the last five years and during that time have updated and improved our systems. When we have a problem they are always at the end of the phone or email to resolve our issues quickly – usually remotely, occasionally a site visit is required, but always ensuring we are up and running again in a very short space of time.
